How long will it take before my order is sent?

Items are sent off within 5 working days. If you need your order sooner, please contact me and I will do my best to send it earlier.

How will my order be sent?

All orders are shipped from the Czech Republic, Europe. Shipments within the Czech Republic and Slovakia are sent via Zasilkovna/Packeta (I will be in touch to ask for your pick-up point). Shipments to EU and the rest of world are sent via courier or post, depending on which is most cost-effective. A tracking code will be included in your shipping notification.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on weight of items and the destination. To calculate shipping costs, please add items to your cart, click on ‘Cart’, ‘Checkout’ then ‘More payment options’, enter your country and shipping costs will be calculated automatically.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated shipping times are:

3-4 days within the Czech Republic
1-2 weeks to EU countries
2 weeks to the UK, US & Canada
2-3 weeks for other international orders

Will I be charged any taxes on delivery?

If you're based in the EU, no additional charges apply. Shipments to the UK, US, Australia or other countries may be subject to duties and import VAT.

Can I pick my order up in Prague?

Orders can be picked up from my studio in Karlín. To select local pick up, add items to your cart, click on ‘Cart’, ‘Checkout’ then ‘More payment options’ and choose 'Local pick up' to waive shipping costs. I will then contact you to arrange a convenient date & time.

How are goods packaged?

All jewellery pieces are packed in individual branded boxes and shipped in bubble-wrapped envelopes. A gift bag is also included in the case of studio pick-ups.
